TEDECA builds websites for businesses in the south-west of Germany — Pirmasens, Kaiserslautern and the Ramstein area — and for the English-speaking community that lives and spends money there. That combination is the whole point of the studio.

The neighbour who has lived on that street for thirty years reads the German page and checks the Impressum first. Most agencies build for one of them and hope.
We work on fixed prices because hourly billing quietly transfers all the risk to the client. You get a written scope: the pages, the features, what is included and the two or three things that would cost extra. Then the number does not move unless the scope does.
Everything we build is hosted in the EU, ships with an Impressum reachable in two clicks, cookie consent that blocks scripts before they load, and an AVV for each processor that touches personal data. That is not a premium add-on here, it is the baseline.
We have been doing this since 2023, and we keep the client list small enough that the person who quotes your project is the person who builds it.
