What happens next
No discovery invoice- A written scope with a fixed price before anything starts
- A clear yes or no — if a builder is genuinely the better answer for you, we say so
- Five to seven working days from signed brief to a live site
- Domain, hosting, admin and Search Console registered in your name

Before you send
Saves everyone a weekText and photos are the slow part
Most delays are not design decisions. They are someone waiting for a logo file, a price list or permission to use a photograph. If those exist before the brief, the launch window holds.
Check whose account you are in
If a previous builder holds the domain or hosting login, say so in your message. Recovering access is a normal, fixable situation, but it changes the plan for week one.
GDPR is not optional or extra
Impressum, cookie consent that blocks before scripts load, and an AVV for every processor. We build these in as standard and document them for you.
A site is not a one-off purchase
Budget for hosting, updates and the two changes you will definitely want in month four. The retainer exists so nobody has to be surprised by that.
